(Today Venezuela) Former Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jose Vicente Rangel, accused the Democratic Unity Board (MUD) opposition coalition of wanting to overthrow President, Nicolas Maduro, and damage the political dialogue with the government.

MUD spokesmen declare it recalcitrant in their ultra attitudes, for those who the solution to the Venezuelan situation is not peaceful, but violent, Rangel wrote in his column El Espejo.

The dialogue and everything similar to that has been vehemently rejected. This is a feeling that grows and expands at the opposition level, he wrote in Ultimas Noticias newspaper.

The political analyst considers ‘dishonest’ to establish a negotiation table, despite the majority of the population is in favor of the dialogue between the parties and the international support increased ‘after maintaining positions aligned with the opposition within the country.’

For the journalist, it is obvious that the Venezuelans do not want to kill themselves and have a deep anti-violence feeling, as surveys show, but there are some right-wing sectors against to those solutions.
